All purchases made for Trained By Sathish coaching programs are non-refundable once the program has commenced, as coaching involves personalized planning, resources, and dedicated support.

Consultation or booking fees are non-refundable once an appointment has been scheduled. Rescheduling may be permitted where reasonable notice is provided.

If you have an exceptional circumstance or believe a refund is applicable under law, contact us at support@trainedbysathish.com with your payment details and request.

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method.
